For our Keyrus Life Science (KLS) department we are now looking for Biostatisticians to join our team - Medium / Senior levels.

Responsibilities:
The Biostatistician we're looking for would be responsible for a whole study from design to execution for different study designs:

• Writing the statistical section of the study protocol
• Calculating the number of subjects required
• Programming randomization list
• Writing the statistical analysis plan
• Programming, analysis and validation of results
• Consulting in statistical methodology
• Management and training of statistical programmers
• Participation in blind review meetings
• Writing the statistical report
• Respect of quality commitments
• Participating in the continual improvement of the Quality System
• Identifying and to record non conformities
• Advise in statistical activities (for Senior level)

Required skills:

• Scientific diploma (5 years studies min.)
• At least 5 years’ experience as a biostatistician (for Senior level)
• Autonomy in clinical studies management (for Senior level)
• Good knowledge of SAS, R
• Knowledge of GCP, Good Epidemiological Practices, ICH Guidelines
• Knowledge of CDISC
• Attention to detail
• Analytical and organized
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills
• Problem Solving – Can assimilate information and ideas from a wide source to make high quality decisions (for Senior level)
• Takes a broad overview of the situation / problem or event (for Senior level)
• Proactive force (for Senior level)
• Fluent in English is mandatory (written and spoken)
• Other languages like French, Spanish, Portuguese or Dutch are a high plus
• Must be an European citizen, or having a work permit for Portugal or Spain
