Our business is growing rapidly in Europe, and due to several new demands, we are looking for a Collibra Data Engineer to optimize data flow and collection for cross functional data products.

This is a hands-on position and requires enthusiasm for data and engineering. You should communicate with technology as well as with business stakeholders.

You must have:

• 3+ years experience performing data engineering operations to fulfill business needs
• Experience in Collibra Data Catalog, experience in setting up metadata catalogues and configuring Data quality rules/processes
• Experience working with cloud: AWS and/or Azure
• Experience with Collibra in workflow development
• Experience with big data tools like Databricks, Spark, Kafka, etc.
• Programming experience with Python (and/or Java) and programming tools like Git
• Detailed analytical approach; logical, precise thinker; clear and concise communication
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Autonomous and able to work independently.
• Fluent English
• Must be a Spanish or European citizen or having a work permit for Portugal

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience with BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau
• Experience with Python (including Numpy, Pandas libraries)
• Experience with T-SQL or PL/SQL
• Experience with design techniques of relational databases
• Experience with concepts such as Data Marts, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes
