Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join an international Global Project. The role involves managing customer quotation and order information, analysing new requirements, and identifying potential data gaps to propose both short-term and long-term solutions. The professional will contribute to analysing, designing, implementing, and improving systems, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Data & ETL Management: Detect, integrate, and document changes in data sources (new fields, model adjustments) and ensure their correct propagation across the data layers.
- Solution Design & Delivery: Analyze new business requirements and existing gaps, propose the most suitable solutions, and coordinate their implementation within the Delivery team.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams across different departments worldwide to ensure high-quality requirements gathering and solution delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in Confluence, including requirements, procedures, evolutions, and user manuals to support team knowledge sharing and onboarding.
- Organise and plan upcoming tasks in coordination with stakeholders, ensuring timelines are met and delivery optimised.
- Present and validate proposed solutions in CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings.

Coordinate with other groups and departments before deployment in production (PROD).
- Ensure continuous improvement of existing systems.
Requirements for the role
- At least 5 years of experience as Data Engineer
- Strong expertise in ETL tools (PowerCenter), AWS, and Redshift.
- Proficiency with SQL databases and solid background in data modeling and business analysis.
- Experience in DevOps practices: system analysis, solution design, PROD delivery processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented professional.
