🎯 The Role

As a Sr Power BI & MS Fabric Specialist, you will shape and scale the next generation of data visualisation and analytics capabilities. We are looking for a highly seasoned expert—someone who can deliver autonomously, guide decisions, and elevate the team.

You will work at the intersection of data, technology, and business, helping our clients turn complexity into clarity and insights into impact.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment and contribute to projects that drive performance, innovation, and sustainable growth.

📍 Job location: Spain (Remote)
🕒 Contract type: Permanent
🗓 Target start date: ASAP
⏰ Working hours: Full-time (40h/week)

💵 Compensation: 40–55K € gross/year

💥 Your Impact

In this role, you will:

• Integrate the client’s Power BI Data Visualization team and act as a senior technical point of reference

• Participate in defining and planning the migration of analytics pipelines to Microsoft Fabric

• Drive research and influence architecture across Fabric’s Data Factory, Lakehouse, Python/Spark notebook execution environments, orchestration frameworks, and associated analytics services.

• Analyse existing processes and propose improvements aligned with the business needs

• Connect and integrate multiple data sources within Fabric

• Improve efficiency and scalability

• Support decision‑making by providing expert insights on data architectures and best practices

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team

• Continuously improve how data is used to inform decisions and create value

👤 What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• 5+years of experience in Power BI (data modelling, interactive visualisations, DAX, Power BI Service)

• Hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Fabric

• Experience with Data Factory, Databricks, and Python

• Ability to define migration approaches, design orchestrations, and evaluate technical options

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• A collaborative mindset and sense of ownership

• Fluency in Spanish

• Good level of English

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in consulting environments

• Exposure to international or multicultural projects

• Knowledge of cloud architecture principles

• Ability to bring innovative ideas

💰 How Our Salary Ranges Work

At Keyrus, salary ranges reflect different levels of mastery and impact within the same role — not different job titles.

• Bottom of the range
  You meet the core requirements and will need ramp-up time and support.

• Middle of the range
  You are fully autonomous from Day 1 and deliver consistently.

• Top of the range
  You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team.

Final offers are based on experience, autonomy, scope, and market context, and are discussed transparently during the process.
