🎯 The Role

As a QlikSense Consultant, you will work at the intersection of data, technology, and business, helping our clients turn complexity into clarity and insights into impact.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment and contribute to projects that drive performance, innovation, and sustainable growth.

📍 Job location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)
🕒 Contract type: Permanent / Freelancer
🗓 Target start date: March 2026
⏰ Working hours: Full-time
💵 Compensation: 40 - 45K € gross/year / 270 - 290 € daily rate

💥 Your Impact

In this role, you will:

• Gather requirements with business stakeholders and translate needs into technical specifications

• Design and develop dashboards and efficient data models, ensuring performance and scalability

• Develop and optimise Qlik Sense data models and scripts for complex environments and large data volumes

• Provide user support, identify improvements, and assist during implementation and rollout

• Propose solutions and improvements to processes and data solutions

👤 What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Qlik Sense

• Strong technical mastery of Qlik Sense, ideally in on-premise environments

• Proven experience delivering solutions in complex architectures and high-volume data contexts (performance tuning, model optimisation, efficient scripting)

• Strong skills in data modelling, script development, and model optimisation

• Experience building dashboards, KPIs, analytical apps, and advanced visualisations

• Good SQL understanding and experience working with various data sources (databases, files, APIs, etc.)

• Proactivity, autonomy and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• A collaborative mindset and sense of ownership

• Fluency in English and Spanish

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Qlik NPrinting

• Understanding of best practices, optimisation guides, or architectural recommendations

• Experience in consulting environments

• Exposure to international or multicultural projects

💰 How Our Salary Ranges Work

At Keyrus, salary ranges reflect different levels of mastery and impact within the same role — not different job titles.

• Bottom of the range
  You meet the core requirements and will need ramp-up time and support.

• Middle of the range
  You are fully autonomous from Day 1 and deliver consistently.

• Top of the range
  You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team.

Final offers are based on experience, autonomy, scope, and market context, and are discussed transparently during the process.
