📋 What You'll Architect

As a Senior Project Manager, you will help organisations transform complexity into measurable outcomes by combining technology, data, intelligence, and human decision-making.

This role is both technical and consultative, perfect for someone who can combine program leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence. We are looking for a professional who can drive large-scale digital and AI transformation initiatives while aligning business and technology teams around clear strategic objectives. - someone who thinks like an architect and acts like a builder.

You will lead an international transformation program that includes a major Salesforce initiative and a portfolio of AI Agent projects supporting Sales & Marketing functions. Working with senior stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams, you will establish governance, manage delivery performance, and ensure the successful adoption of transformative digital and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex digital transformation and AI initiatives from planning through successful rollout, ensuring alignment with business objectives

• Define and manage program roadmaps, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, and delivery KPIs across multiple workstreams

• Establish and maintain effective governance structures, including executive steering committees, status reporting, decision-making processes, and escalation frameworks

• Manage relationships with senior business and technical stakeholders, driving alignment, engagement, and outcome-focused decision-making

• Coordinate delivery teams, vendors, and partners across multiple programs and geographies

• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and scope changes while providing clear recommendations to leadership

• Drive business readiness, user adoption, and value realisation in collaboration with product owners, sponsors, and change management teams

• Communicate program progress, achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders

• Ensure effective collaboration between business, product, engineering, and AI delivery teams within remote and international environments.

🛠️ What You Bring

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or Transformation Lead

• Proven experience delivering complex digital transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams

• Proven experience delivering AI transformation initiatives and/or enterprise technology programs

• Strong experience managing budgets, governance, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting

• Experience operating within international and cross-functional environments

• Professional proficiency in English.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong expertise in Project and Program Management

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills

• Strong governance, planning, risk management, and executive reporting capabilities

• Ability to translate business objectives into delivery roadmaps and measurable outcomes

• Experience coordinating business, product, engineering, and delivery teams

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies

• Business-focused mindset combined with sufficient technical fluency to collaborate effectively with technical teams

Nice to Have

• Experience delivering AI Agent initiatives or other applied AI transformation programs

• Experience with Sales & Marketing transformation projects

• Experience working with Salesforce programs and the broader Salesforce ecosystem

• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Azure AI

• Experience in consulting or client-facing environments

• Experience working in remote, multicultural, and international teams

• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, SAFe, or equivalent qualifications.

• Bottom of the range
  You meet the core requirements and will need ramp-up time and support.

• Middle of the range
  You are fully autonomous from Day 1 and deliver consistently.

• Top of the range
  You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team.

Final offers are based on experience, autonomy, scope, and market context, and are discussed transparently during the process.
